Batteries is the voltage log for kits that carry solar and SLA. It is built for a pad round: walk the row, write the numbers, move on. Temperature, site visit, powered from SLA, under-load test, voice-board stop, and a swap flag are there when that visit needs them.
Colors are a little conservative on purpose. Twelve volts and up is comfortable. Eleven to just under twelve is watch. Under eleven is changeout territory. Solar kits that have sagged hard should be on the internal SLA; they are eligible to recover once solar is back up. You do not have to memorize a second handbook — the pills on the page say it.
Log reading opens on the first kit in Status order with Solar V focused. Next kit saves and advances without closing the window, which is the difference between a clean morning round and a pile of half-finished forms. The button hides on the last kit, and when you are editing an old row.
Status is the health snapshot — badges follow the latest reading. Daily grid is one row per check round; readings within a few minutes share a row so a two-person walk does not become two days. Kit trend and Compare are the charts, with visit and on-SLA marks. Alerts catch draw-down, a fading solar, a sudden crash, a stop, and kits that have gone stale. Kits with no solar use a longer check cycle. Export PDF or CSV for the view you are on, with the same colors; trend and compare PDFs include the chart when it is on screen.
