Logs is the station radio log, the unit activity log, and line orders. Times you see and type follow your browser’s timezone. IWI alert wording still cites UTC so another agency’s clock is not a debate.
Operator is the working window. Station and initials stick. Enter logs the traffic. A live draft shows on Live while you type. The traffic box takes focus when you open the page and again after you have been elsewhere for a bit, because the next call does not wait. History pages in chunks. Edit and Delete ask for a reason; those changes live in an Audit log you can export separately from the traffic.
Live is the read-only watcher feed — newest on top, drafts above logged traffic. It is meant to stay up for IWI. Leave it on a second screen and go back to Operator.
The large IWI toggle marks firefighter emergency traffic. Turning it on starts a short cancel countdown, then posts to every Ready channel (GroupMe, Slack, Discord, then Courier to roster IWI notifiers). Operator and Live paint a red banner with an elapsed timer. Optionally play the alert sound once per stretch after you enable it — browsers will not make noise until you say so. Turning IWI off logs the end and the total duration. Channels are independent: one failure does not stop the others, and the toast tells you which ones landed. There is a brief cooldown so a double tap does not fire twice. If nothing is configured, the request fails on purpose so you fix Integrations before the next emergency.
Unit 214 is the compact activity log with a “now” stamp. Export can build an official ICS-214 PDF for one operational period, plus spreadsheet formats. Line orders track order number, division, drop point, needed time, mode, and status (New → Ordered → Delivered → Cancelled). Open counts are New plus Ordered. Detail has delivery coordinates and time, ground or helibase with weight, and item rows. Order numbers increment from the last format and stay editable.
Set channels on Integrations. Mark notifiers on People.
