Integrations is how IWI leaves the radio log and reaches the crew. Open it from Admin → Integrations. When IWI activates, every channel marked Ready fires. Roster people marked as IWI notifiers get Courier alerts when that is set up on the site. There is no standalone “type a phone number and send SMS” box here.

GroupMe is the usual primary chat. Paste the group’s share or join link and link the bot. Once it is linked, it stays on for IWI. Slack and Discord are incoming webhooks: paste the URL, send a test, clear the field to disconnect. Treat those URLs as secrets — anyone who has one can post as the app. If a saved channel shows Disabled, the site has turned that path off; ask your system admin.

On IWI the order is GroupMe, then Slack, then Discord, then Courier. Failures are independent. The toast reports each. A short cooldown covers all channels so a double tap does not page twice. Nothing configured is a hard fail, which is better than a silent one.

The toggle and the banner live on Logs. Notifiers are marked on People.
